In spite of you can use Rice bran oil, olive oil, natural coconut oil rather than refined or processed mustered oil. What does refined oil do?  We have good grease in our body also in our joints for that grease our joints get a smooth movement that grease starts to decrease and refined oil removes good cholesterol and increases bad cholesterol.

When it happens grease in our joints starts to be decreased as a result problem creates in joints.  For this, you need to use suddha PURE oil and eat hand made (suddha) ghee. 

Sufficient nutrition from dry fruits…

Next, I told you eating things, dry to the body.  You eat dry fruits this is very good but in summer eat it after wetting in water and eat them in a limit  If you take unlimited they will harm you. 

Coffee is not suitable your body especially knee pain…

If you take too much tea coffee, then drink less  Nowadays milk tea is off-trend, lemon tea is being liked green tea, people take it to be slim they drink empty stomach  I must tell for them If you take lemon tea,  green tea empty stomach this reduces grease in our joints, drink in a limit like one cup, not more.

Every thing excess is bad…

Next excess exercise, a Young person has this tendency to exercise hard to fit the body this is good. But don\’t do excess.  If you do much must take better food take nutritious food.  apply vegetables, ghee,  milk in that, cheese, etc. Eat these types of food that contain more greasiness for our bodies.

They massaged with oil too much even they did it for their child also massaged with oil properly on the head, they used to do it with ghee too that is over nowadays.  Because we are busy now.  Everyone is busy so no time to massage even use oil in the head perhaps once or in a week hardly. This is wrong. You should do a massage. 

Especially that area where you have pain any area that can be  Do massage two times a day must one is getting up in the morning before bath.  You may do yoga, do massage after it. 

Sufficient sleep is more important…
