Mohan, a poor woodcutter, earned his living by chopping trees for wood in the forest near his home. He was very diligent and always had a smile on his face.
One day, the ax fell into the river and the woodcutter worried. He needed to earn money to live, but how would he cut wood without his ax?
The woodcutter prayed earnestly to God for his ax. When God appeared and inquired what the problem was, the woodcutter told Him that he had lost his ax in the river because unfortunately fell down. God then took out a golden ax from the river and said take it. The woodcutter replied this is not mine of golden ax it was an iron ax.
The woodcutter ignored to take the golden ax, insisting that he needed his iron ax. However, God smiled and pulled out his iron axe for him. The woodcutter was so pleased and grateful that he offered to give God anything in return- Finally, God decided to give him the silver axe and the golden one too!

Despite any short-term gains that may be achieved through dishonesty, it\’s always better to stick to the truth in every situation – this will make you happier in the long run.
