1. Yes, You should take ashwagandha 5gm before bed time 45 minute after dinner.
2. Home Remedies- If TSH little high or hyper tsh then coriander seed is very useful. Just crush the seed not in grinder machine take one spoon crushed seed soak with one glass of water over night, boiled it at morning till half glass of water strain it and drink an empty stomach and do not eat after 30 minute for three months.
3. Yoga for thyroid – Halasana, Matsyasna, Sarwangasna, (GrivaSanchalan-10 times) start 2 minute to 5 minute try to hold yoga position.
4. Parnayama for thyroid – Ujjai, SimhaGarjna and Kapalbhati (Do not do kapalbhati who suffer from high BP) Yoga and pranayama do under yoga instructor.
